Armand Chevrier Jr., Owner/ Broker and REALTOR®
Armand is a native Vermonter that has raised his family here. He and his wife reside in northern Vermont where they have strong ties with their daughters and extended family. Armand offers years of first-hand experience and is a well-recognized real estate broker. Armand truly appreciates Vermont recreational lakes, mountains, and scenic beauty. Armand enjoys hiking the Green Mountains as well as the Long Trail and is an avid runner. He has completed the Saint Albans Vermont SAP run which is an 8.5-mile race that goes from Swanton to St. Albans. He has also completed other 5K races that have placed him in the top of his age category.
After graduating high school and specializing in automotive technology, Armand worked as an automotive mechanic and went on to become an ASE master automotive technician up until 2004. He still holds his ASE master technician status and enjoys tinkering on early model cars. It is in 2004 that Armand began his real estate career as an owner/manager of a small successful brokerage called Chevrier real estate. The office was located in the Lake Champlain Islands from 2004 through 2010. Armand has 20 years of experience as a real estate professional. He has represented some of the top brokerages in the U.S., such as Berkshire Hathaway Home Services and Century 21.

Rachael Hackett, Owner/REALTOR®
Rachael resides in Northern Vermont and grew up there. She and her husband chose to raise their family in Vermont as well due to the beautiful scenery, connection to nature and the safety it offers. Rachael enjoys spending time with her family, working in her gardens and cozying up to a good movie or book in the winter months.
Rachael began her professional career in banking in 2009 and has represented one of the nation’s top 10 banks for over a decade. Her experience in finance and insurance has helped hundreds of people over the years learn to budget, understand their finances, invest and prepare for retirement. Rachael first became interested in real estate when she was a teenager helping with the webpage design and maintenance for her parents' real estate firm. After many years, she became a REALTOR® under her father Armand’s mentorship.
